anyone know what to put on the spain health form when it asks country of origin? we leave from USA but have a layover in Portugal. i assumed we put USA but now i’m second guessing. thanks

Since Portugal is just a layover, I’d put USA.
By "layover," do you just mean to say that you have a connecting flight? If you don't leave the airport your country of origin will be the US.
