We are flying into Barcelona on a RS tour. The guidebook mentions possibly being required to register online with the European Travel Info and Authorization System. (ETIAS). I went on the website given and it said they were not collecting ETIAS applications at this time. Anyone have further information on this?

It has been postponed. No one knows when it will be implemented. But you will get months of notice prior to its implementation.
For sure not before next year. When is your trip?
