Hello All,
I would like to rent a car in Cordoba and return it in Granada. The sole purpose of the car is to visit the Andalusian hill towns. Is this possible without costing a fortune? We will likely be in Andalusia for a couple of nights. Thanks.

Right now rental car prices are high; about double what they were in 2017. As tourists begin returning to Spain, prices should come down when more cars are added to the fleets. No one can say when prices will ultimately come down. Hopefully, by the time you take your trip prices will have come down. Time of year, pick up, and drop off locations will also help determine rental car prices.
Have you checked rates? Someone in the forum said that rates in Spain did seem to NOT be affected like other parts of the world. I like Autoeurope, U.S. based, and represents multiple companies, and pricing is generally good.
EDITED--Someone on the Forum had said that the rates in Spain are NOT super expensive.
Thanks for the info. We're not going until next year - I'm just in the planning stages. All sounds good.
We always book through AutoEurope too.
