Spain and Portugal in October

Flying into Madrid arriving October 6 and stay till 9th. We plan a day trip to Toledo in that time. (4 nights)
Train to Barcelona October 10 to 13. (4 Nights)
Fly to Porto 14-15 (2 nights)
Train to Lisbon 16-21 (6 nights)
Fly to Seville 22-25 with day trip to Córdoba (4 nights)
Train to Madrid 26th (overnight)
Fly home 27th.
I have some flexibility, does this look like good use of time and travel?
Flying in and out of Madrid works best for us.

It would be more efficient to take the train to Barcelona right after you land, add a night in Barcelona, and have all your Madrid days at the end. The train ride is 2.5 hours, so with a typical morning arrival from the US, it is doable. If you fly in from the west coast and arrive later in the day, it might be tiresome.
Otherwise, that's a balanced trip. I don't love the fact that you fly twice within the trip, but there is no way around it if you want to fit in both Portugal and Spain.
