Hi, my husband and I are planning a 2 week trip to Spain next May; we are flying from the US. We would like to visit the following places: Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, Barcelona, and Formentera. I would love some advice on the city order we should travel and whether we should take trains vs flights from/to some destinations. Thanks!
What city are you flying into, and what city are you departing from? It would be best to have a multi-city ticket rather than flying in and out of the same city.
Exactly how many nights will you be able to spend in Spain, not counting the night on the plane heading east? Two weeks seems quite short for all the destinations you list, especially given the need to fly or take a ferry to Formentera.
What's your departure date from the US? I ask that because I think the temperature in Seville and Cordoba is likely to be quite different in late May (or June) vs. early May.
The order of those cities is a frequent topic, and some search/scroll should offer lots of insight.
I'll just add the Formentera is a real outlier. 2 weeks is already tight for your mainland destination list, but adding a remote island would be a squeeze.
