Where in Mallorca? It's a big island.
If you are stopping in Palma de Mallorca (the capital), that is worth a few hours.
The mountains along the North-West coast are scenic. There is a train which takes you through these to Sóller. The Ferrocarril de Sóller, website here: http://trendesoller.com/en/
If you can get a bus trip through these mountains that is also an option.
