You will need to decide many things, but I can help you with this: your plans for Morocco are not good.
Skip Tangier, skip Casablanca. If you want to see the good stuff in Morocco, fly to Marrakech or Fes (or both). Casablanca and Tangier are not worth your time. Marrakech and Fes are where you want to spend your time.

Aside from that, I also think you need to do your math better. Be honest with yourself: how many full days will you have, not including your arrival and departure days? Then, look carefully at how many times you move from one place to another: every time you move, you use up at least 1/2 a day (maybe the whole day) just by moving yourself. Be careful you do not spend half your trip in transit.

Arrive Barcelona - 4 nights
Fly to Granada - 3 nights
Train to Ronda - 1 night
Train to Seville - 4 nights (with day to Cordoba)
Train to Madrid - 4 nights (with day to Toledo)
Fly to Fes or Marrakech

If you want to see Spain, stay in Spain. Your list forgets about the Basque region to the north, which is quite different (just ask them.) Bilbao has lots more to see than just the famous Guggenheim art museum. Since you are coming from Australia, I presume, it will be efficient to fly into one major city and home from another using a multi-destination search function.

I would first figure out what you are doing in Morocco and options on how to get there. Look into options for flights from Madrid, Malaga and Sevilla as well as the ferry to Tangier (and then how to get places in Morocco).

Ideally you will avoid backtracking and extra flights. For example:

Barcelona>Madrid>Sevilla>Granada>fly from Malaga

or Barcelona>Madrid>Granada>Sevilla> fly or ferry

I would avoid flying from Barcelona to Granada and then backtracking to Madrid if possible.

The allocation of nights in your OP is very reasonable. You can easily get away with just 2 nights in Granada and switch the # in Barcelona/Madrid depending on your interests. Ronda and Cordoba are easy daytrips or make a great overnight.
