Southern Spain

Hi,

We are a group of 3 in our late 50s and are choosing a day to either wander in Cordoba or hike the Caminito Del Ray gorge. I am tempted to hike the gorge, but am wondering if anyone has done it and has any feedback?

Thanks,
Janet

Do not miss Cordoba and the Mezquita Catedral, one of the world’s greatest sites.

Absolutely do not skip the Mezquita. There's a lot more to see and do in Cordoba besides that, a very well preserved Medieval quarter, the patios of Palacio de Viana, a horse show at the Royal Stables to name a few.

Consider reading some of the TripAdvisor reviews of the gorge. They may give you an idea which you may prefer.

The Mezquita in Cordoba is a "must see" in my opinion. We went first thing in the morning and attended Mass there. Highly recommend!
