My husband and I will be touring Andalusia in September, including the Alhambra, the Mezquita and various churches. Will we be allowed entry to such sights if we're wearing knee length shorts?

The Alhambra museum is no problem and the Cathedral within Cordoba Mezquita and Sevilla Cathedral both don't have the stricter dress codes that you find at the big churches in Barcelona. A light-weight sarong/shoulder wrap is a handy accessory to carry in your day bag.
