Shopping for religious medals

During our trip to Santiago de Compostela -- as well as Burgos, Ponferrada, and Pamplona on the Camino de Santiago -- I've been asked to bring back a religious medal of St. Teresa of Avila, the Spanish-born patron saint of headache sufferers. I must admit I had only heard of St. Christopher metals, but a quick Google search revealed hundred of saint medals exist including this one (at least for American online shoppers!). My first idea was to try the cathedral shops in these and other cities; however, are there stores along the Camino that specialize in religious objects like saint medals, votive candles, and prayer cards? Does this seem like a fairly straightforward endeavour (especially since she's a Spanish saint), or do I have my work cut out for me...?

Seems they’d be in every shop in Ávila where she’s from. You could send it an email and ask where you might be able to get a Medulla de Santa Teresa. The second best place to find them would be The Basilica of Saint Teresa in Alba de Tormes where she is interred. There are a number of relics in the Basilica.

Since she isn’t as well know as other saints, her medal might be more difficult to find.
