Seville-Veo Apartments-help us choose apartments

We are considering 2 apartments in Seville with Veo apartments. Has anyone had experience with this agency and what about the location of these apartments?

We used veo while in sevilla and granada. The manager met us close by in a public square and spoke great English. Our apartment was incredible and was cheaper than a hotel. I would use veo again.
