We will be in Seville for three days starting Christmas day 2025. In planning, it would be helpful to know if we can expect major attractions to be open/closed, how soon they might reopen after Christmas, and other potential inconveniences. Thank you in advance.
Hello,
You can expect museums and other sites to be closed Christmas day and possibly have shorter hours on Christmas Eve. I recommend checking the websites of any sites you want to visit so you can plan ahead.
The main attractions are the cathedral and Alcázar. Both are closed on the 25th, January 1, and January 6 (3 Kings Day). Check the websites of other attractions you’re interested in, but there are plenty of outdoors places you can visit on the 25th, e.g., María Luisa park, Plaza de España, walk along the river, etc.
