My husband and I are staying in a 4-star hotel for three nights in Seville the prior week which is in the historic area on a pedestrian only street. We are returning for one night to Seville for a 6:30 am flight via Lisbon to Madeira on TAP. As many of you know, this very early departure to the airport (3:30am 'ish) is a "not to fail" mission - we'll have carry-on and boarding passes. Can anyone recommend a nice hotel with 24/7 front desk staffing who successfully had a reliable driver/taxi pickup at the front entrance of the hotel to airport? Thank you!
Now, why do you have to leave for the airport for a 6:30am flight at 3:30?? Especially with no checked luggage?
I think 4:30 would give you ample time, although I would probably leave even later than that if I had only carry on. I know people with disagree with me but that's my usual.....
Can you have the hotel print your boarding passes the day before, so you can go to the gate?
Taxi drivers can pick up passengers on pedestrian streets, I'm pretty sure, especially so early in the morning. But check with the hotel. Which is the first hotel?
After some research, I decided to book the Hilton Garden Inn for one night, for a 0730 flight departure in June at SVQ. There seems to be a flat rate of 25 euros for a taxi to get to the airport, so a hotel being as close as possible to SVQ is not beneficial. I could not find any hotels with shuttle service to the airport.
