Seville bullfights

What is the best way to get tickets to a bullfight in Seville?
I found a site but it directs me to Stubhub and tix are over $200US.

The official website is: https://visitaplazadetorosdesevilla.com/
The 2024 schedule is at: https://www.seville-traveller.com/seville-bullfighting-schedule/
Another source is: https://www.servitoro.com/en/132-Sevilla-Bullfighting

Personally, unless there’s a major festival going on when you want to go, I’d just buy tickets at the bullring the day of the fight.

Just like stadiums anywhere, there are different sections at bullrings with different pricing. The main areas are sun (sol) and shade (sombra). The sun seats are less expensive and by the end of the fights will probably be in the shade. From those there are barrera and tendido (high/alto, low/banjo). The closer to the ring, the more expensive the ticket. Seats are pretty much concrete, so not very comfortable.

The last fight I was at was 2007. I thought prices were getting pricey back then, but $200 seems excessive.

I looked at the servitoro website for 31 March and the ticket prices were listed as:
Tendido alto, Sol -€44/$48
Tendido bajo, Sol - €55/$59
Tendido, Sol y Sombra - €112/$121
Tendido, Sombra -€126/$136

Just walk up to the ticket window. Tickets in the sun are cheaper than those in the shade. There is no really good or bad seat (except for the sun) . Just a matter of being higher or lower. I don't remember what we paid but it was nowhere near $200.

We are going to Seville at the end of March. There is a bullfight on March 31st (Easter Sunday); do you think we should book it in advance or try and book tickets at the building? Stubhub site tickets are €200 but I found another that is €70 for the cheapest ticket, but I am not sure if this is legit.

I’ve never seen a fight at the Sevilla ring, but I always just walked up to the ticket window. Even at the last fight I went to in 2007 during a festival in Madrid, I just walked up to a ticket seller kiosk, bought the tickets, and walked in to the ring.

You can see the prices for the 31 March fight from one ticket seller’s website, in my original post. You should be able to get cheaper tickets the day of the fight since you won’t be paying some company a commission.
