Seville 1/2 day tour

We are reaching Seville @3pm on April 12th (tuesday), so we have only 4-5 hrs in our hands for that day.
We plan to follow the below itinerary. Is it realistic? I know there will be long lines to Alcazar and the cathedral. How do i buy tickets to those places beforehand?

16:00 Alcázar
Visit duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
17:45 Catedral de Sevilla & Gir...
Getting here: 1.2 KM, 14 min walking
Visit duration: 1 hour
18:45 Barrio de Santa Cruz
Getting here: 0.1 KM, 1 min walking
Visit duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
20:35 Plaza de España
Getting here: 1.7 KM, 21 min walking
Visit duration: 45 minutes

See https://oberonsaas.com/realalcazarsevilla for Alcazar tickets. The last entry time to the Cathedral is at 17:00, so you won't make it on this day; advance tickets are not necessary.

I did Alcazar and Santa Cruz tours through Feel The City Tours and used Consuelo's company (via RS) to tour the Cathedral. Both were skip the line, which I recommend because of our tight time schedule. Neither tour was very long (maybe one hour each) but the Alcazar's gardens were fabulous to take extra time to enjoy.

I'll probably get hate for this but Plaza de Espana isn't that interesting. Do a Flamenco show instead. I recommend Tablao El Arenal; it's less than a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral and they have 2 shows each night.
