We are debating where to stay in Sevilla. Which area (Triana or Alameda) will have the best options in terms of a local feeling and good non-touristy restaurants, bars, etc? Thanks!
It is often not a case of 'non touristy' = better or more authentic. It is often not a case of one, or the other.
The Barrio of Santa Cruz has many old bars, many recommended in guide books and many still frequented by locals. I would choose near Alameda, unless the other has a gorgeous night time view of the Giralda.
