Can anyone suggest the best way to get from Sevilla to Tarifa? Is there a direct train? Thanks in advance.

TGComes bus from Sevilla to Tarifa. Not a direct bus, takes about 3 hours, they run 4 buses per day. No trains to Tarifa. You could take a train from Sevilla to Cadiz (1 hr 45min), then bus to Tarifa (1 hr 30 min). Faster to take the bus from Sevilla to Tarifa.
