Hi, I have been trying to book 2 tickets for Real Alcazar for March visit--no luck in the website taking my VISA card, and not seeing an option for PayPal.... Do I have to wait until I get to Sevilla to book a visit to Real Alcazar? Ask my hotel to book? Any advice? I have had the same problem with booking tickets to the Bullfight Museum as well....appreciate any help. Thank you!! Karen

Have you tried letting your CC company know there will be a charge from that site and to accept it? If it knows, the charge should go through. That’s what I had to do when buying tickets for the Vatican a few years ago. When I went to the Alcazar in Sevilla, we just walked up. There was no line, but that was in October.

Toured the Alcazar with Rick's guide buddy Conception. We showed up at the place her tour started and just joined in. (This was in October a few years ago.) Great!!

I wonder if you really need to book tickets in advance for the Alcazar in March. . . or the museum. If you're going to be in Sevilla for more than one day, you can just drop by the Alcazar and pick up tickets when there's no line in the afternoon . . .

I had the same problem. The site would not accept my Visa card. I checked with Visa and they had no information on any problem using my card so the problem is with the Alcazar site. I was able to get tickets with an audioguide and an entry time from TicketBar. There is a 3 euro charge, but it was worth it to get the ticket. I'm going to be there on March 15.
