Sevilla tapas tours and recommended flamenco

I have done a search of these 2 topics and need someone to really encourage some recommendations.

Our Sevilla itinerary is:
Day 1 -- Arrive Sunday, 10/01 around 7:00 pm by car (which has been dropped off at Santa Just a upon arrival). Apartment is near Santa Justa.
Day 2--, Monday, 10/02--all day Sevilla
Day 3--Tuesday, 10/03--Day trip to Cordoba @ 11:45 a.m. Return @ 7:35 pm.
Day 4--Wednesday, 10/04: Sevilla; AVE train to Madrid at 4:15.

Any experience with "Devour Sevilla" tours? I am looking for a 2 -3 hour tapas experience with GOOD value, probably Monday, but open.
RE: Flamenco. I read somewhere that La Das de la Memoria is good, but that it has moved from a charming courtyard to another location. Is this true?
Or RS: La Casa Del Flamenco in an arcaded courtyard, at 19:00 and 20.30. Also, the less "serious" flamenco shows, like RS recommendation of Los Gallos (nightly at 20:15 and 22.30 ). La Carborneria Bar, casual, shows starting at 22:00 (no cover, good value with sangria, etc.) Someone said they liked the laid back experience of La Carboneria--we are fun-loving people and it might suffice for a flamenco experience.
Thoughts most welcome....

We went to one of the "serious" flamenco shows recommended in Rick Steves-I forget which one. Honestly, I think I would have enjoyed a touristy version more.

2 years ago I went for a flamenco show at La Casa de la guitarras, which is in the Santa Cruz district.
This was recommended by a business friend who was a Sevillan and his wife was a flamenco dancer.
An hour show in a place that holds maybe 50-80 people and we absolutly loved it.
Very intense, very professionnal, I can very highly recommend

We went to Casa de la Memoria two weeks ago. We enjoyed it so much that we bought tickets and went again the next night. It was a different show the next night and was equally enjoyable. Casa de la Memoria shows are held inside a building (with very good air conditioning).

We went to a show at Casa de Memoria and I found it extremely entertaining. I think you could go different nights and see variety since they showcase different styles. I really learned a lot as well.
