Sevilla ideas for 40th anniv. evening

Hello, first, much appreciation to all Sevilla Forum contributors, so helpful. Am asking for suggestions about planning a memorable evening in Sevilla on a Sat in mid-March, our 40th wedding anniversary. We are both still working so travel time is precious. We are active 70 yr olds, exp’d travelers, appreciate cultural learning and nice dining (are not “foodies”), don’t speak Spanish beyond courtesy phrases. Our first trip to Andalucia- a “quick recon” of Barca, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba to prep for a much longer return. I’ve studied up on the major Sevilla sights/tours, will welcome special suggestions beyond those. One thing- we’re uncertain whether a flamenco show is for us, so open to a special cultural (not theatrical) show (have read the helpful reports) as a small part of the evening. Suggestions for a ‘social planner’-type person also welcome. Thanks much.

You could take an evening carriage ride, that seems romantic. There will be calashes near the Alcazar.
Or perhaps just a stroll around one of the more picturesque neighbourhoods such as Santa Cruz where there a plenty of restaurants and bars with terraces.
There are also other places with terraces which give great views across Seville cityscape including the cathedral which is lit up at night. For example, Hotel Inglaterra.
Flamenco is a matter of taste. Personally, I find it as romantic as nails being scratched down a blackboard. But some seem to like it.
