My husband and I will be in Sevilla March 7-11. We are considering either a cooking class (preferably participation vs demonstration), or a tapas walking tour. The class that has been recommended on this site is not available to us. I would appreciate input and specific tour/class suggestions. We prefer an evening experience, since we will be sightseeing during the daytime. We will be staying in Madrid and Barcelona as well on this trip and could do a cooking class or tapas tour while in those cities, if there are specific tours that would be better? Thank you for your suggestions.

We did both the cooking class at Triana market and a tapas tour with Shawn, both recommended in Rick’s book.
Both were great! But, I liked the cooking class more, and loved seeing the market. We did both during the day, but I think you can do evening tapas tour. It will be 8 pm start. I doubt there is an evening cooking class, but I could be wrong.
