I have learned of 4 planned 24 hour strikes in Spain. early to mid September. (9/4,9/11,9/14,9/15) How disruptive are they and should I cancel affected trips?

There is legislation which require a large percentage of trains to run.
Without knowing whether you have already purchased the tickets or whether you can still see these journeys available to you not a great deal more to add.

I have already purchased tickets from Ronda to Granada (which involves a bus at the end) and the are listed as available on the RENFE website
For 9/15.

Ronda to Granada is not a route with many departures on normal days, but it looks encouraging that two of the three departure times still have tickets for sale. The strike may also be cancelled. Bus (via Antequera or Malaga) can be a backup plan.

As far as I am concerned, two of the three daily journeys go ahead at present. Monitor as you see fit, but I doubt anything will change.
