We wish to experience Flamenco in Spain. Is this festival the best of the best? We have come to understand it takes place every other year, landing in the September of odd numbered years. 2019 is already in the making and too soon for us. So, with the hopes of designing our adventure for 2021, what are your recommendations? We welcome your guidance including key considerations especially regarding lodging, modes of travel, securing events admission, unique meals and surrounding excursions. We also will travel to explore Granada and Córdoba. We particularly enjoy train travel, B&Bs for lodging, locally owned meal sites, music (street, iconic and classical), dance, art, history and cultural traditions. And yes, “don’t we all!” Our Spanish language acuity is minimal. We will both celebrate our 71st birthdays and our 49th anniversary while in Europe, beginning in Portugal, then to Spain, followed by Provance, Southern Italy including Sicily, and ultimately off to Greece (@8 weeks), or all of those in any order that makes beautiful sense, landing on a beach for reflection and relaxation.
