My friend and I are considering a day trip from Madrid to Segovia. I have read about a couple of tours that go to wineries before or after a stop in Segovia. I'm trying to decide if we want to do an official tour or if we could visit the wineries on our own. So I have questions:
Are there wineries that can be accessed from Segovia? If so, what are the best ways to get there? We will not have a car but we can take a taxi/bus/train as needed.
Are there any trains from Madrid that stop in both Segovia and an area with wineries?
Does anyone have any experience with WineBus (particularly their day trip that includes Segovia)?
Any advice you can give me related to Segovia and a winery, likely in the Ribera Del Duero region, will be helpful.
