Back at the search after a few months off. Still trying to find a company similar to GenteelHomes in Alicante and in Valencia... Used Genteel homes two years ago on Malaga and Seville and had wonderful apartments, plus they made the search very easy. We're still seniors, looking for 1-2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in a safe, flat neighborhood, not touristy but near enough to walk to most sites. Full kitchen, heating, elevator, WiFi, and a few other things. Prefer not dealing with individual owners, especially with the approximate 10 day limit on vacation rentals for tourists and my inability to communicate in Spanish language. Using an agency is Ok but Genteel Homes spoiled us. Thanks
