Try again so.... Back at the search after a few months off. Still trying to find a company similar to GenteelHomes in in Valencia... Used Genteel homes two years ago on Malaga and Seville and had wonderful apartments, plus they made the search very easy. We're still seniors, looking for 1-2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in a safe, flat neighborhood, not touristy but near enough to walk to most sites. Full kitchen, heating, elevator, WiFi, and a few other things. Prefer not dealing with individual owners, especially with the approximate 10 day limit on vacation rentals for tourists and my inability to communicate in Spanish language. Using an agency is Ok but Genteel Homes spoiled us. Thanks

I had originally planned to rent an apartment for a 10-day stay recently. I found many great listings on Air B&B, which I checked out with people who knew the city well, and it seemed to be quite easy to communicate in English; some acts were owned by expats. Some renters like the modern flats along the Turia, with good views and all amenities... I ended up staying in a hotel, though...the OnlyYOu, which we loved..
