I will be arriving at San Sebastian airport around 6:00pm next Saturday, does anyone recommend the bus into the San Sebastian or should I take a taxi or is their a shuttle bus.Thanks

If your hotel is within walking distance of the Plaza de Gipuzkoa, then I'd consider the bus E21 to be first choice: https://ekialdebus.eus/es/servicios-al-aeropuerto/.
