I purchased tickets last week and on the confirmation page it stated I would be receiving an email with details of purchase. I never received the email. I have a screenshot that shows I made the purchase and it does show on my credit card. Was I supposed to get tickets to scan at the door? Will my confirmation screenshot be enough?

Yes I checked junk folder. Super weird, maybe it never got sent
One more idea. Do you have Cox as your internet provider? Some people on this board have had problems with that provider.
