I booked tickets to the church at 10:30am and to the towers at 11:15. I'm hoping you can re-enter the church after the tower tour. I think I may have cut it too close. Anyone know if you can still access church after tower or are you dumped into gift shop and exit?

It is not Disney, you are not forced to exit via a gift shop.

You haven't said which tower, but they both allow you back in. If you are using the elevator for the tower, it brings you right back to where you loaded. If you are walking back down, it brings you back into the main sanctuary. You haven't cut it too close time wise.
