Wondering if anybody encountered these ordeals ordering online tickets.
I purchased tickets to Sagrada Familia (SF) for morning entry, and printed them out, shoving ticket # & morning time entry. I never got confirmation by e-mail. There was some delay in CC payment as bank was asking me to verify this transaction. The transaction finally went through, showing charge from SF.
When I downloaded SF app, entering day, my e mail, and ticket #, it showed PM entry....
I e-mailed SF customer support about this discrepancy x2. Received confirmation response both times, but never follow up....
I guess I'll take my chances & will go in AM with my printed-out tickets, not the ones on app...
They tend to be very accommodating. Explain the "problem" if necessary when you get there.
I noticed this too, and then realized the entry time on the app is for my local time now. Our entry time on the app says 02:00, which would be 09:00 in Barcelona. I’m assuming it will adjust on my phone once we’re in Spain.
Ahh..of cause! Time difference! App will convert automatically. Tanks!
