There is no combined ticket for what you asked specifically Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell.

I generally buy tickets in advance to the places I plan to go when it is possible online.

I would also recommend buying your tickets in advance. Sagrada Familia and Park Guell are both popular sites and they are often sold out if you purchase the day of you are planning on visiting.
