Running on a track in Barcelona?

This is a VERY specific question but I'll give it a shot in case anyone knows this answer! We're going to Barcelona next month with my 18yo and 16yo sons. They both run on the track team and want to keep up their training while we're there. BUT - they need to run on a track (not the road). I have been searching and found the two tracks below but can't figure out for sure if we can use them. Any big runners out there have any insight??

The beachfront CEM La Mar Bella track IS open to the public. Fantastic sports facility originally built for the Olympics. There may be a nominal entry fee.
The University of Barcelona has running tracks that I imagine are also open to the public.
