Should I get advanced tickets for these two or can I easily get them when I arrive in Granada?

No need for advance purchase, just get the tickets on your way in the door.

Guess it might depend on when you go. When we visited it was early September and there were no lines. The Royal chapel is small and doesn’t take long to see. Photos were not permitted when we were there, so people weren’t hanging around waiting for others to move to take photos of the tomb.
Likewise, we walked right into the cathedral. It’s not as ornate as some others in Spain, but was worth visiting.
