We will be in Ronda around April 26, driving from Marbella. Should we stay two nights in Ronda to see other white villages or can someone recommend a route for next day to see other villages and end up nearer Seville?

Depends at what time you arrive in Ronda from Marbella. Ronda is nice but isn't very large so a full day is probably more than enough time to see it. As for routes through the white towns, there aren't a lot of roads between the towns and there isn't much to see in most of them. They look best from a distance. RS video on the white towns provides a good overview. Zahara de la Sierra has a nice tower to climb and some nice views while Arco's de la Frontera is my favorite. The road up to the church in Arcos is very narrow. Some other towns worth a drive by or short stop include, Olvera, Ubrique, Benaocaz, and Grazalema. The roads between towns can be narrower than many and windy as you'll be driving through mountains so it takes awhile to get to your destination.
