The fastest way is to drive, but you don't say that you will have a car so...

The second best way is via bus (travel time 2-2.5 hours)

Edit: Make sure you choose; "SEVILLA PRADO S.S." (Destination) from the drop down menu, once you start typing "Sevilla".

The bus could be faster than driving anyway - if you're driving there's too much temptation to stop for photos and to explore the villages :-)

If you drive, you get to stop for scenic views, photo ops and explore the villages, that's why :-) Bus sounds nice too.
