If you are traveling in warm weather, it's about a 10 min. walk from the main park, but our hotel had a restaurant called Azahar that sits outside and has an amazing sunset view (no barriers, completely open air). The food is also really good -- we had the steak and suckling pig. Unfortunately for us, the weather was too cold to eat outside, but just about everyone got up during the sunset to go take pictures.

Hello from Wisconsin,
Santa Maria. It is south of the bridge over the gorge. After you cross the bridge, I think you take the THIRD right. The entrance is off the street with the bridge.

Mushroom risoto with truffle oil is to die for. A fun, casual place to eat. Is it one of the top 10 places I have ever eaten? No. But when I asked , my wife what was in the risoto, she got a smile on her face. If it is memorable, then it must have been good.

Also with high reviews is Casa Maria further down the bridge street, but it was closed when we were there, however, the tapas at the nearby Restaurante el Zucio were delicious and not just something on a slice of bread. At noon it was empty and the tapas within reach. Just order a cana, small beer, and start grazing. Keep the plates and toothpicks. Settle up when you are done. Easiest tapas place I have found.
