We will be spending 3 to 4 days in each location. (Seville, Cordova, Granada, and Barcelona). Would like some great recommendations for restaurants, local food, favorites. Thank you!
In Cordoba we went to a tasting menu restaurant called Terra Olea. It was very inexpensive as far as these restaurants go. About €48. It was fun, no rushing us, and interesting food. Check their website. But make reservations as there are only about 6 tables. We took a cab, it was very inexpensive and not too long a ride.
Someone else in this forum recommended it.
There was a nearly identical question here a couple weeks back—it shouldn’t be too hard to find.
I went to Terra Olea after hearing about it from Barbara. You can search the forum here for the rave reviews. (Including the above mentioned thread.)

In April this year I ate at Minotaur, a local restaurant in the Albaicin neighborhood of Granada. The restaurant is on the paseo that is along the River Darro, within sight of the fortress walls of the Alhambra. I enjoyed the food, restaurant atmosphere, restaurant row, night lights at the Alhambra and the public park on the paseo.
If you want to see an intimate setting Flamenco show in Granada, try the Casa de Arte Flamenco at 12 Cta de Gomerez. I think it was 20 euro for an hour show. They even let you record the last dance of the night.
