Can anyone recommend a Rental Car Company/Office in Barcelona in the El Born/Estadio de Franca area?
I only seem to find Rental Offices at The Airport or Estadio Sants Railway Station.

I think you mean Estació (Station) de França, not Estádio (Stadium) de França.

Not that you say -and certainly not that I want to meddle- but unless you're planning to move about well OUTSIDE Barcelona, you certainly don't need a car: in Barcelona parking is complicated and expensive, the city has an excellent public transport network heavily used by residents (yes, it's safe, clean, cheap and convenient) and even to visit certain places outside Barcelona you have buses and trains which make it very easy. Just sayin' because some of you are so used to drive back home that don't realize in these shores you don't -again, unless of course you're moving about well outside Barcelona or intent to do a tour somewhere else.
