I'm searching for a car rental company that allows one way rental (out of Seville) with drop-off in Tarifa. The car will be driven to Ronda and the surrounding area and then onto Tarifa where we'll ferry to Tangier. I am finding the drop-off points are generally an hour or more outside Tarifa (such as Jerez Airport). I'm trying to avoid Algeciras altogether if possible. We will be visiting northern Morocco for over a week (not just Tangier), so extending the rental time and paying for parking in Terifa while we are in Morocco is not a great option. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks.

Tarifa is very small. Out of curiosity, I tried a car booking agency and it seems that here are no car rental companies there. So Algeciras and bus/taxi may be your best option.
We did leave our own car in Tarifa for a three day trip to Tangier a few years ago, but options close to the port are limited. You may wish to check the terms of any car rental agreement and make sure the insurance covers it.

A quick search returned NO major rental agencies in Tarifa, so you may need to rethink getting to Tarifa. Jerez de la Frontera airport has most of the major companies, but it’s a 1.5 hours drive from Tarifa. Likewise, Cádiz has Hertz and Europcar at its train station, but it too is 1.5 hours away. The closest location, yet still 40 minutes away, is Algeciras with Europcar and Enterprise locations.
