rental apartments in Madrid

Has anyone rented through "Rentapartmentmagazine.com" or "poplidays?" in Madrid? I searched VRBO for possible apartments for a week in late July and several of the ones I identified are managed/owned by these two businesses. They look fine, but there are no on-line reviews of these specific apartments. Thank you.

Unfortunately we don't have any experience we these two companies and so don't have any recommendations. Sorry we couldn't help more.

I used www.airbnb.com to rent our apartments in Madrid, Toledo and Barcelona, very happy with this site and service. For example, one night in Madrid for apartment ( family of 4) cost $84 .

we had spectacularly good results with Spain Select in Madrid. That is the one we will go with if we rent again.

Hola,
We are using airbnb for the entire 6 week trip except 4 nights in Santiago de Compostela. We stayed in the Eixample of Barcelona with Raimundo and his apartment was the best of the trip. About $100 per night. But it is an apartment. refrigerator, stove, room to stretch out. Balcony onto the street. Look at the reviews, if someone says it is dirty...or seemed like a dangerous place...We have had great luck. Really nice helpful people.

We've booked for our upcoming trip through airbnb for Barcelona and apartmentsapart.com for Madrid. So far so good. Can update after travel.
