Hi all,
I am trying to buy train tickets on the RENFE site for our September trip, and I keep getting the following message:
En estos momentos no podemos atenderle. Por favor vuelva a intentarlo pasado unos minutos. Disculpe las molestias (which in my basic Spanish seems to mean that RENFE can't help me right now, and to wait a few minutes).
I have been trying on and off for a few days and continue to get this message, so i am assuming it's some kind of user error. Are there errors that people commonly make? I would prefer to take advantage of some of the promo rates and try to buy our tickets before we travel.
