Renfe Tickets via Paypal HELP

I just purchased tickets from Barcelona to Madrid for 5 passengers on 23/11/17. I used paypal. The charge hit my account in amount of 333.75 Euro, however Renfe site says transaction did not go through. I have a paypal receipt, but I have not reference or locator numbers to bring up tickets to print. I have tried Renfe site to no advil. Currently calling Paypal. Advice please.

Silly reply, but have you checked your e-mail for confirmation of the booking if it isn't their pay-pal will refund the money to you. Then try to book again. Renfe site is not the easiest to use

Yes, no e-mail response. I just spoke with Paypal and they told me it all went through to start by contacting Renfe... Not the easiest thing to do. I just sent an e-mail with the transaction info and hopefully they will respond. I do have the paypal receipt with the 5 passenger info. I also created an account on Renfe and nothing comes up under my trips. This is so frustrating. I have never dealt with such a difficult on line system for train travel.

If you made an account before buying tickets, you can review and reprint your tickets from there.
Oh, and did you check your Junk email box? I think mine initially ended up there.

I did make an account. They are not there. I did check my junk. I find no trace of them, however If I go and re-purchase they will take another 333.75 Euros out of my account and truthfully I can't do that. So I am hoping renfe gets back to me today.

The Renfe site is so confusing you select English and it keeps switching back to Spanish every time you enter new information or click a link. Hope you get this sorted. If not when you get your money back try the https://www.trainline.eu/ site it is the same prices as Renfe.

...or Loco2 website.
Cheryl, I did notice that tickets to my email was not instant. It took a couple of hours. Hopefully they will turn up.
