Get them while the prices are low. I just scored 2 tickets from Barcelona to Zaragoza for January for 50 euros.

FYI This was easier for me. Loco2 was bought out by Rail Europe where the tickets are more expensive than buying direct with RENFE. I am seeing "A $5.95 booking fee will be added at checkout" on Rail Europe
