Like many others I had been patiently waiting, as I thought I had read that there would be additional trains from Granada as a result of the rail construction. I'm not seeing that in the dates/times offered after December 15th so don't know if they still aren't final, or if there won't be additional times. For example there are only 2 times from Granada to Cordoba on Saturdays - approximately 7am and 3pm.

Denise, the only other direct train option is around 19:00 (pattern for the past several months), so if you want to avoid a change of trains, it's either 7:00 or 15:00ish.

Thanks for posting re Renfe trains. I managed to book Cordoba to Madrid at exactly the time I wanted on Feb 4th for a promo price. 32 Euro. I did it on the Renfe site and it changed over to Spanish, but I went with it, booking with a credit card.
