Reliable Private Group Airport (BCN) Transfer

Does such a thing exist in Barcelona? Many of the transfer services have at least a few reviews about leaving pre-booked passengers stranded. We have a group of 21 and would rather all be together from the airport to our hotel (and return). Any suggestions for a reliable company? Thanks in advance.

As I've pointed out in other posts, taxi is probably the most reliable service.

I would suggest to contact companies with minivan-type taxis and arrange 3 taxis to pick you up. Here some that offer that service:

and here other taxi companies -which you should check whether they have minivan-type taxis, as I'm not sure:

... as I was saying... since there are plenty of means to go from the airport to the city (bus, Aerobus, taxi, metro and train... even private limousines), there are very few private transfer companies, and those tend to be small. Hotels that offer door-to-door service often use taxis.

Just want to add our recent unfortunate experience and endorse the idea of just using a cab. I was concerned about having trouble or getting ripped off by an unscrupulous cab driver when we arrived at Barcelona to embark on a cruise last month. So, I booked in advance with a company called ZIP Transfers. When I read the terms and conditions I noted that the "driver would wait 60 minutes from our arrival" and that "if we were delayed in baggage or customs we could call a 24/7 number." I felt safe and reassured. What I failed to note is that the T&C defined "arrival" as when the plane lands and it said you could call the number, but "extending the driver's wait time would be subject to his not having other scheduled duties." By the time our plane taxied and disgorged its passengers and luggage we had lost 15 of our 60 minutes. Then, when we arrived at passport control, we found the line very long and slow due to under staffing. We called the 24/7 number and advised them. Ultimately, they said the driver had other duties and we could call again when we were through the line and they'd set us up with another driver and charge us again. Our prepaid fare was forfeited!! My primary point, however, is that we easily made other arrangements to the cruise port. Barcelona and the airport are literally crawling with little black and yellow taxi cabs at all times of day or night. Their rates are standardized and they are well regulated. Rick had said as much in his guidebook re: arrival at Barcelona and I should have been more trusting in his advice. On our departure, we needed transport from our hotel on Las Ramblas to the airport at the ungodly hour of 4 am. We didn't pre-arrange or even call a cab. We just walked out the door of our hotel and within 30 seconds a cab pulled up and got us to the airport quickly and for only 34.50 euro. And that was at 4 AM!! So, I'd recommend against ZIP or any of the others due to the strict time/driver constraints. Some of the cabs we saw are vans. You can likely just walk thru the arrivals hall and distribute yourselves in a number of cabs/vans without trouble.

Enric (or others):
We will need to get to the airport EARLY for a 06:25 departure day after tomorrow. I have tried to book one on the website, but have not received a confirmation. Do you think I should just call 15-20 minutes before we. We'd to leave?

Thanks! If it was later, we'd take the bus or train!
