Reflective jackets in rental cars

Are reflective jackets standard in rental cars in Spain? I will rent a Hertz car in Barcelona to visit Provence next month. Reading the Forum comments on France I found that reflecting jackets and traffic triangles are mandatory in France. Does anybody knows if rental cars in Spain provide them?
