Recommended tour operators or other sound advice.

Myself and two adult daughters (early 20’s) are spending a week in late July in Barcelona - we have a airbnb rented by sagrada familia. We will arrive on a Sunday morning at 9 am ish and leave on the following Saturday morning - so 5.5 days. Right now I’m looking at the following ideas: ghost walk” in evening - the girls like that, flamenca and tapas tour another evening, a Monserrat tour day w horseback riding, Dali museum, Dali houses, Guell, Picasso museum and sagrada familia. I havent booked any of it yet. Too much? Could work? What have you done and recommend? Looking on Travelocity for tours.
Is it best to get tickets on the site website vs tour operator? E.g. should I buy Sagrada Familia at the sight?
Reading other forums it sounds like i should get a book of tickets for the metro while we are there when we arrive?
Other suggestions very welcome.
Also, I’m brushing up on my Spanish. I have a bit of fluency. Do they speak much Spanish or mostly Catalan? Looks like a lot of signs are in Catalan and not Spanish?
Thanks

Yes buy the tickets direct from the operator - you don't need a tour to see Sagarada or the other Gaudi sites in town - you just need the tickets. Look into geting a travel pass for Barcelona - there is excellent public transport.

The Dali Museum is at Figures - so thats a AVE (fast) train ride away https://www.barcelona-tourist-guide.com/en/faq/tours/dali-museum/train-to-salvador-dali-museum-in-figueres-from-barcelona.html (this site is ugly but it has good updated information).

I speak poor Spanish an worse French - I found the Catalan signs are comprehensible as a mix of both. I think everyone is happy to speak to foreigners in Spanish - they know you don't know the local language. I also found more English spoken in Barcelona and most other parts of Spain
