We are 4 adults looking to book a full
day tour of 2-3 wineries in Rioja. We will need transfers from San Sebastián in the 3rd week of September. Most of the tours we have seen are $500-$700 per person. We were looking to spend about half of that at a maximum. Are there any travelers that have recommendations for a tour company, guide, or other that would meet our requirements? Thank you in advance.

Are you sure it´s that much per person? I would think that 700EUR would be for the whole group, not per person, it´s a much more standard price here.

1000EUR for four persons, tickets to wineries included, from Donostia/San Sebastián, makes more sense than 500/700EUR per person for 4 persons. Your other option is a group tour, where you'll pay around 150 eur per person.
