I just stayed at the NH Collection Amistad Córdoba. I did not have a car, but the website says indoor on-site parking as well as valet.
Location is in the historic area. To be honest, not sure I'd want to drive in to the hotel, very narrow streets in the area. I was impressed with my taxi driver's skill - that was enough excitement for me.

Not right in the historic center, but the Parador has parking. Closer to the historic center is the Eurostars Palace and it supposedly has parking.

Hotel Cordoba Center is across the mail boulevard from the historic part of the city, yet is outside of the emission restricted zone that is becoming common to many cities in Europe. The hotel has an attached parking structure, and mid-range price for a modern hotel. We stayed there in '17, and have reservations for this Fall, primarily because we will be driving a short-term leased car from France. It will not come with a required Spanish emission sticker, and it will be our first night after receiving the brand-new car, so no time to dig into getting the sticker after learning the license plate / registration info required to get the sticker.

I also stayed at NH Collection Amistad Córdoba recently. We didn't have a car, but you can pull up and I believe they do Valet parking.

It was a fantastic stay in a great location. The breakfast buffet is ridonkulous.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at Hesperia Córdoba hotel some years back. (used to be an NH hotel)
It’s conveniently located across the Roman Bridge, and it offers spectacular views of the Mezquita, illuminated at night, from
its roof terrace which has a bar and a small pool.

We didn’t have a car but they offer indoor parking according to the hotel’s website.

Córdoba is one of my favorite cities in Spain, enjoy!
