Recommendations for Hotel in Cordoba, Spain

I am looking for recommendations for a hotel in Cordoba. I will be traveling there the first week of November, does anyone have a recommendation?

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hesperia Córdoba, right across Puente Romano (the Roman Bridge):http://www.nh-hoteles.es/hotel/hesperia-cordoba

The hotel is in a very quiet location across the river. It's clean & comfortable with friendly, helpful multilingual speaking staff.
It has an elevator & the breakfast buffet is delicious & worth the extra fee.

If you join the NH rewards program, you'll get a 5% discount on all your bookings.

Enjoy Córdoba!

I forgot to mention something.

Make sure your room is not on the 3rd floor!
There is a terrace on the roof of the hotel with a bar & restaurant (we didn't eat dinner here), but our room was on the third floor & we could hear the noise coming from the terrace, since our ceiling was the floor of the terrace!

Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked & we couldn't move to a different room. The terrace closes at midnight, so if you stay up past midnight, the room on the 3rd floor won't be a problem ;-)

The terrace is a nice place to view the beautifully illuminated Mezquita at night. There is also a small pool on the terrace, but I doubt you will need it in November ;-)

Thank You for this information. This is very important as I am traveling on business and this would be a problem on some nights and so this is good to know and I will plan accordingly-thank you so much again.

My favorite hotel in Cordoba is the Hotel Mezquita, across the street from the Mezquita. Rooms range from €65-125, depending on time of year and how far in advance you book. See website for deals - www.hotelmezquita.com

I was very happy with Hostal Almanzor. It's small and family run, as short walk to the Mezquita. The only possible negatives were lack of an elevator or breakfast. We didn't find that an inconvenience, but some moght.

Thank You for your suggestion, I appreciate the input. Since I will be traveling on business, I do prefer the hotel to offer some type of breakfast in the morning, it really saves me time throughout the day.

Thank You again, I will definitely keep this in mind.
