I am interested if anyone has a recommendation for a tour company in Barcelona specializing in booking transportation, a guide, and a Barcelona full day itinerary to Barcelona for 22 people? Interests would include highlight attractions ie. La Sagrada, Park Guell, Barri Gotic, etc)? Thank you for your reply!

You asking about a subject not commonly discussed here or even needed. I would suggest you google the tourist board for Barcelona and ask for list of private tour companies. You might also contact some of the tour guides listed in Steves' guidebook for recommendations.

We used Spain Private Guides for a 1-day transfer, with stops and a tour along the way, from Toledo to Granada last December for our group of 10. I would highly recommend their services. I emailed, stated what I wanted, had some valuable back-and-forth, and we settled on an itinerary that we ultimately enjoyed very much. They arranged transportation (private minibus), tour guides, and restaurant reservations for us, and we were very happy with our day.
